What is Spiritual Psychology?

Pioneered by Drs. Ron and Mary Hulnick at the University of Santa Monica, Spiritual Psychology is an emerging therapy that reunites the field of psychology and psychotherapy with the concept of the soul, which is simply the understanding that we are, at our essence, spiritual beings having a human experience in service to a higher purpose. Spiritual Psychology blends universal spiritual teachings with science-based techniques and processes from modern psychology. In this way, it is an approach to spirituality that is practical, relevant, and applicable to our everyday, modern lives, without losing the deeper, spiritual principles of self-acceptance, compassion, forgiveness, gratitude and unconditional love.

Do I need to bring anything to the session?

Just yourself and a sense of what you’d like to focus on. You can also bring something to take notes with if that’s helpful to you.

How many sessions do I need?

There is no set number and I am here to work with you as needed. It all depends on your present circumstances and desired level of personal growth. For those navigating a challenging life transition or undergoing a period of transformation, you may require the ongoing support of weekly sessions, while others may prefer to pop in an out as specific challenges arise.

Can I purchase more than one session at a time?

Yes, I offer both individual sessions and session bundles. Please see here for pricing.
